🔁 Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise agreed before purchase and clearly noted on your invoice, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is processed.

Conditional / Pre-Approved Returns

In exceptional cases, a return may be allowed if the following conditions are met:

  • The return is requested and approved in writing before the order is placed.

  • The terms are clearly stated on the invoice.

  • The product is returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Once returned, the product will be evaluated by our team before any refund is issued.

If the return is accepted:

  • A 20% restocking and processing fee will apply.

  • The refund is not guaranteed and depends on the result of the product inspection.

  • Refunds may be denied or adjusted if the product shows signs of damage or use.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a written description. We will review the issue and provide a resolution in writing (replacement, credit, or partial refund at our discretion).

  • Or have bulk order shipping requirements
